Barre & Brunch is a feel good morning designed to help strengthen your body and socialise with others alongside great food in the brand new Yarrow Restaurant in West Byfleet.
Taking place on Mother’s Day weekend, it is a lovely opportunity to celebrate in whatever way feels right for you. You might come along with your mum, bring a friend, or simply gift yourself a joyful morning. Everyone is very welcome!
What you can expect on the day…
✨ A supportive, accessible barre and stretch class suitable for all levels
✨ A relaxed sit down brunch afterwards in the Yarrow Restaurant, with smoothies, tea and coffee, and a selection of fresh seasonal dishes such as eggs with avocado, warm croissants and fresh fruit. (all dietary requirements and allergies can be catered for)

Stretch & Sound Bath March 2026 - SOLD OUT!
This is your permission to slow down. Join us for an evening of relaxation and reset. Relax your body, relax your mind.
We’ll begin with a relaxing Deep Stretch session led by Becca, designed to help you soften into your body and release any tension you’ve been holding in your body. Expect slow, supported movement using a combination of static and dynamic stretches with lots of options - all guided by calm cues and a cosy atmosphere. Whether you’re feeling tight in the neck and shoulders from desk work, or perhaps you have an achy lower back, this Deep Stretch session will help increase blood flow and circulation to help promote recovery.
Then we’ll shift into a calming Sound Bath. A full-body sound immersion that takes you on a journey through a rich soundscape of Himalayan bowls, gong, crystal bowls, and voice. Expect beautifully layered textures, transitions and musicality, all designed to support nervous system regulation and gentle shifts in brainwave states. Led by Integrative Health Coach and Sound Therapist Joo Westwood, College of Naturopathic Medicine alumni, accredited healthcare practitioner, and musician known for integrating nervous system science with the art of sound therapy, this immersive experience is not to be missed.
Whether your nervous system needs a reset, your body’s feeling tight, or you just want something to help you switch off - this is for you.

This is your permission to slow down.
We’ll begin with a relaxing Deep Stretch session, designed to help you soften into your body and release any tension you’ve been holding in your body. Expect slow, supported movement with lots of options - all guided by calm cues and a cosy atmosphere. Whether you’re feeling tight in the neck and shoulders from desk work, or perhaps you have an achy lower back, this Deep Stretch session will help increase blood flow and circulation to help promote recovery.
Then we’ll shift into a calming Sound Bath - where you’ll simply lie down, get comfy with blankets and pillows, and let yourself be surrounded by calm sound and vibration. There’s nothing you need to do or achieve. Just close your eyes and let your body and mind rest.

It’s like a guided nap… but better. You lie down while sound (from crystal bowls, chimes or soft instruments) washes over you. People often describe it as deeply calming, soothing, and grounding.
