Join me for a Sunday morning designed to lift your mood and leave you feeling great – with movement, music, and a beautiful lakeside setting to match.
Whether you come to class every week or you’re thinking of joining for the first time, you’re so welcome. We’ll be moving together through a line-up of my most popular classes, supported by live music and a relaxed, friendly atmosphere.
Here’s what the morning looks like:
10am Pilates – build strength, connect to your breath, and feel grounded
10.45am Barre – low-impact movement to tone, pulse and energise
11.30am Deep Stretch – slow it down, let go, and reset
12pm onwards – enjoy tea, coffee, juice, and delicious cupcakes from Sweet Passion Cakes by the lakeside
