We’ll begin with a relaxing Deep Stretch session led by Becca, designed to help you soften into your body and release any tension you’ve been holding in your body. Expect slow, supported movement using a combination of static and dynamic stretches with lots of options - all guided by calm cues and a cosy atmosphere. Whether you’re feeling tight in the neck and shoulders from desk work, or perhaps you have an achy lower back, this Deep Stretch session will help increase blood flow and circulation to help promote recovery.
Then we’ll shift into a calming Sound Bath. A full-body sound immersion that takes you on a journey through a rich soundscape of Himalayan bowls, gong, crystal bowls, and voice. Expect beautifully layered textures, transitions and musicality, all designed to support nervous system regulation and gentle shifts in brainwave states. Led by Integrative Health Coach and Sound Therapist Joo Westwood, College of Naturopathic Medicine alumni, accredited healthcare practitioner, and musician known for integrating nervous system science with the art of sound therapy, this immersive experience is not to be missed.
