This is your chance to take 45 minutes for yourself and meet other people doing the same. Our classes are for all levels, whether you are new to exercise or have experience. In class, we give different levels to choose from whether this be low / high impact or beginner / advanced options. Dance Fit

Mondays 6.15pm Greenfield School Dance Studio, Old Woking

Move to the beat of the music using styles such as Charleston, Jazz & Jive to burn calories, increase your step count and get your heart racing! We give both low and high impact options to choose from. Challenge your memory week on week with our exclusive routines that will leave you feeling energised! Everyone welcome, no dance experience required.

Barre

Mondays 7.15pm Greenfield School Dance Studio, Old Woking

Tuesdays 6.45pm The Cornerstone Centre, West Byfleet

Wednesdays 10am St Marys Church Hall, Byfleet

Combining Pilates, Ballet and Strength Training, this class is for everyone! We use resistance bands, Pilates balls and 1kg dumbbells to sculpt the muscles with low impact, high intensity exercises. We target multiple muscles at once using different movements to achieve that ‘Barre Burn’!

Think holds, pulses and stretches!

The Aim: to create a lean dancers body with increased strength and core stability

Pilates

Tuesdays 5.45pm The Cornerstone Centre, West Byfleet

Using the original movements from Joseph Pilates combined with a modern functional approach, this class develops your mobility, core strength and core stability. We use both standing and mat based exercises along with resistance bands and Pilates balls to improve your strength and technique.

The Aim: to improve posture, increase awareness of how to activate muscle groups and increased core strength

Deep Stretch & Relax

Wednesdays 11am St Marys Church Hall, Byfleet

A rejuvenating full body stretch class working to release tension, increase blood flow and improve flexibility. Using the breathe to connect the mind and body, this relaxing class combines static and dynamic stretches that seamlessly flow together. Regularly attending this class will help you to understand areas of tightness in your body and work to release them.

Think calmness combined with stretches to de-stress your mind and body

The Aim: to decrease aches and pains, increase body awareness and reset the mind

Line Dance

Fridays 1pm New Haw Community Centre, New Haw

Learn popular Line Dance routines with us. Step 1: learn the steps including grapevines and rock steps Step 2: repeat changing direction each time Step 3: get confused which way to face and laugh it out with everyone else doing the same!

Everyone welcome - no experience required.
